ABOUT
Therapy Is about you—Your Healing, Your Evolution, Your Life
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Some of the most meaningful transformations begin with a quiet knowing that something in your life is ready to shift. Therapy isn’t only about repairing what feels painful—it’s about intentionally shaping the life you want to live.
Whether you’re healing old wounds, easing anxiety, seeking clarity, or reconnecting with your authentic self, therapy offers a space devoted entirely to you. It is an act of courage, self-responsibility, and deep self-love—a place where you can be fully seen, fully heard, and supported with compassion every step of the way.
Therapy, Your Way: In-Person or Online
Healing should feel accessible. Whether you prefer the grounding of our warm, welcoming office or the comfort of joining from home, you have options. With secure telehealth, you can meet with your therapist from anywhere—your living room, your office, or even while traveling. All you need is a device and an internet connection.
Whichever setting you choose, our priority is the same: creating a safe, comfortable environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
Begin with a FREE 20-Minute Consultation
The first step can feel big, but you don’t have to take it alone. Your complimentary consultation is a no-pressure opportunity to share what’s going on in your world, learn about our approach, and feel into whether we’re the right fit.
And if we’re not the best match, we’ll happily help connect you with someone who might be. Your healing is what matters most.
What Happens Next
Once we schedule your first session, you’ll receive intake forms designed to help us understand your experiences, your goals, and the vision you hold for your life. Think of this as the groundwork—your first intentional step toward transformation.
This process helps your therapist begin creating a personalized, meaningful roadmap for your healing.
Your Personalized Plan for Healing
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll craft a customized plan that honors your needs, your pace, and your unique path. Whether you’re navigating trauma, reducing anxiety, moving through a life transition, or exploring your spiritual or energetic journey, we’ll integrate the approaches you feel intuitively drawn toward.
Our work doesn’t focus only on the mind—we support the body, the breath, the nervous system, and the spirit. Your wellness plan will serve as a holistic, intentional guide to your growth and healing.
Our priority is ensuring you have everything you need to not only function—but to truly thrive.
You’re Ready for Change. We’re Ready to Support You.

About Our Team
Ashley Ray, LCSW-S, CCTP, TIYT
Founder & Clinical Director
With over two decades of experience, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma and spiritual crises through a holistic approach that integrates clinical psychology, somatic therapy, and ancient wisdom. I blend evidence-based eastern and western therapeutic modalities that stem from western clinical methods, eastern medicine, yoga, meditation, shamanic principals, indigenous healing practices, and energy psychology to support healing on all levels – mind, body and spirit.
My journey into this work began in 2003, when I committed to healing my own cycles of trauma and negative patterns through deep spiritual studies, meditation, and yoga. These practices, alongside my education in psychology, helped me reconnect with my intuition and reclaim a life of joy, inspiring me to guide others on their own transformative paths.
My professional career spans international and local clinical settings. While serving in the U.S. Peace Corps, I taught emotional intelligence to at-risk youth and trained local counselors, gaining a global perspective on resilience and healing. Back in the U.S., I led trauma and crisis intervention teams in mobile units, psych ERs, and correctional facilities, which enabled a refinement of my expertise in distinguishing between spiritual emergence and chronic psychiatric conditions.
At AUM Integral Wellness, I blend clinical therapeutic methods and ancient wisdom from a variety of cultures into a measurement-based care model. This scientific psychospiritual approach helps clients to find balance, trust their inner guidance, and transform their lives from the inside out.
If you’re seeking deep healing and meaningful growth, I’m here to guide you toward a life of balance, empowerment, and connection.

Hannah Kassahun, MA Clinical Counseling Candidate
Holistic Psychotherapist Intern
I see therapy as a sacred act of liberation—an intentional return to who you’ve always been beneath the layers of pain, conditioning, and survival. Healing isn’t about becoming a different version of yourself; it’s about remembering, reclaiming, and reconnecting with the truth that’s already within you.
I work with individuals who are ready to shed old patterns, honor their inner child, and create a life that feels aligned, empowered, and deeply authentic. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and rooted in the understanding that true healing involves the mind, body, spirit, and the nervous system.
My practice is guided by a decolonized lens—one that respects and uplifts Indigenous wisdom, cultural identity, and ancestral knowledge as essential parts of the healing process. Together, we’ll explore the stories, experiences, and generational imprints that have shaped you, supporting your journey back home to yourself.
Creativity is woven throughout my work because expression is a powerful catalyst for transformation. Whether through imagery, movement, storytelling, or intuitive insight, reconnecting with your inner voice allows space for clarity, freedom, and integration.
My own healing journey has taken me across the world—from Indonesia to Ethiopia—and continues to shape my commitment to supporting immigrant and diasporic communities as they navigate the beauty and complexity of cross-cultural healing.
If you’re longing to reconnect with your truth, soften old defenses, and step into a more aligned version of yourself, I’m here to walk with you—gently, intentionally, and with deep respect for your story.
I am under clinical supervision with Ashley Ray, LCSW-S while completing student internship hours.
Cheyann Hayes, LMT
Psychotherapeutic Massage Therapist
I approach psychotherapeutic massage with the belief that the body carries our histories—our emotions, our resilience, and the protections we’ve built along the way. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with the wisdom of their tissues and understand how unprocessed emotional experiences may be held in the muscles, fascia, and breath.
In our sessions, I blend psychotherapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, traditional therapeutic massage, and intuitive somatic attunement. This integrative approach allows me to partner with you and your nervous system to identify where trauma may be stored and to support both the muscular and emotional release of these patterns. My intention is to create greater space, balance, and inner ease within your body.
As both a yoga student and teacher, I am drawn to restorative practices that invite the body back into safety. I believe regulation happens naturally when the body is met with presence, pacing, and attuned touch. My role is to hold a steady, grounded container where your system can unwind, soften, and move toward deeper rest and connection.
My work is a good fit for clients seeking trauma-informed bodywork, somatic support, or a therapeutic space where physical, emotional, and energetic layers can harmonize. Together, we’ll create the conditions for you to return to your life with more clarity, resilience, and alignment.
Jennifer Bailey
Reiki Master & Soul Integration Facilitator
My approach to whole-life healing began when I was young. I was an intuitive girl that discovered the world of personal healing through my own physical, mental and spiritual struggles and traumas. I discovered that we all have an unending potential to awaken and heal. I later received specialized training in energy healing and successfully operated my own wellness business for over 5 years.
If I have he privilege of working with you one-on-one I will blend intuitive counseling, spiritual life coaching, energetic repatterning, Reiki, and meditation techniques into a special alchemy that supports you in balancing your energetic field and aligning with your higher self and souls journey.
I find it deeply fulfilling to have this opportunity to work with the tremendous team of practitioners at AUM, and be part of an integral and holistic wellness business that has service and integrity at its core of values.

What Clients Have to Say
“I started therapy with Ashley a couple of months ago now and the time I’ve shared with her has offered me so much insight into myself and the world. Her wisdom in all areas and her way of communicating it, is mind blowing and something you can’t help but be thankful for. She has a beautiful way of making everything flow organically so things never feel awkward. In fact, it feels as though she’s just always in sync with you.
As someone living with mental illness and everything it comes with, I can say she’s had a profound impact in helping me actively cope and live with or move on from things.”
“I would recommend online therapy to anyone because I personally found it to be very effective in a short amount of time. I feel like I made much more progress in 6 sessions than friends have made in years of therapy.”
“One of the things I liked most about holistic psychotherapy with Ashley is that it was not hours of endless talk therapy analyzing details, and was instead about cultivating awareness, shifting perspective and building a set of tools/practices that could be put to use and be effective IMMEDIATELY!”
“A breakthrough I had in therapy was being able to face and sit with emotions instead of being overwhelmed by them and repressing them. I am better able to step outside the constant river of thoughts and not so easily be swept away by them.”
“I would recommend Therapy in The Park for anyone who needs a little extra help finding ways to cope with mental health challenges, stress, anxiety, etc. The environment was very relaxing. I liked learning mindfulness tools that I could apply in me ‘real’ life outside of therapy.”
“I have had experiences with maybe three therapists in the last 10 – 12 years. After being introduced to yoga about six years ago, I found great benefits in the yoga experience. Eventually, I felt that I needed to
seek out a practitioner that was a traditional trained therapist that also weaves into the therapy yoga philosophy and meditation. I found that here, with Ashley.”
