Each person deserves, and needs, to be heard.

When you feel all alone and like no one could possibly understand the suffering you are going through, group therapy can help.

Groups at AUM are kept small and intimate.

Meet others who share your pain and no longer walk alone!

It’s common for group participants to form a close bond with one another through shared stories, support, and acknowledgement.

All groups are facilitated by a licensed therapist, are closed, last for a finite period of time, and the group works from a weekly agenda.

This means groups are led by a professional that will help you to feel safe, respected, and heard. We meet every week, and you start and end the group with the same participants.

There is a structured agenda that makes every minute and every meeting count!

Learn countless skills and techniques to successfully move beyond the pain and suffering that you feel.

You are not alone! Call now to get involved in group therapy with others that are on a similar healing journey as you.
