Sue has a story of healing and transformation.

Sue was a middle-aged woman that felt unfulfilled in life but couldn’t understand why. She had a house, kids, a good job, and a husband she loved.
She felt her fear of following through with what she really wanted might have something to do with her lack of fulfillment.
Sue went to therapy to overcome her fear and anxiety, so that she could feel fulfilled in life.
In individual therapy, she came to understand the source of her fears and anxiety. She learned techniques for creating peace in her body, heart, and mind.
Once Sue learned how to defy fear and generate internal relaxation, she remembered that she had BIG hopes and dreams. The hope of one day becoming a veterinarian and helping animals that she gave up when she had her kids.
In therapy, Sue rediscovered who she was and what she valued.
She became masterful at generating positive thoughts and emotions, and reinvented what she wanted to do with her life!
She healed from the regrets of giving up on her dreams and began to express who she truly believed herself to be for “the first time, in a long time.”
Sue felt ready to ‘carpe diem’ and gained the tools to heal her internal world, so she could manifest what she wanted in the external world.
Sue grew in a critical way in therapy and wanted to continue with the momentum.
She desired a mentor that could give her a regular booster session, be her personal cheerleader, and consistent support. Because of this, she could focus on opening her own company, leading teams, and creating abundance in her life.

We meet every other week, rather than weekly. Each session provides a time and a place for Sue to strategize, problem-solve, celebrate success, grow and catch her blind spots.
